Design & Preview Tool:
This tool is designed to give you a general idea of the font, color and layout of your custom product and is not an exact representation of the final product. Font style, sizes and colors my appear slightly different on the actual product.
Sales and Promotions:
Only 1 discount code can be entered per order. Sales and promotions cannot be combined. Any free shipping offers are economy shipping to US addresses only.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders take between 7-10 business days to complete, not including transit time. Average shipping time for ground orders is 3-5 days. 3day, 2day and overnight shipping also available. Please make sure all personalization is correct (spelling, upper/lower case) as custom items cannot be returned and orders cannot be changed once the order is in process.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 8:30-4 pm, Monday - Friday (except holidays). An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on delivery address and package size and weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:.
All international orders ship via USPS. Shipping prices for delivery outside the U.S. are based on the destination. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and do not include VAT, customs, duties or taxes. Cape Marine is not responsible for any VAT, customs, duties or taxes. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed on international orders due to potential customs delays.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:
We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return the unopened and unused non-customized merchandise within 90 days for a refund or exchange. Defective or used merchandise must be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All items will be inspected and a handling fee of up to 20% may be applied. A refund less shipping and handling will be applied to the original form of payment, or an exchange item will be sent promptly if requested. Please call or email before returning any item to obtain an RA# that will accompany your return. Any return not accompanied by an RA# will not be accepted.
**Custom orders and sale items can not be returned.**
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@thecapeinc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Returning items:

We suggest that you ship your package insured to ensure safe arrival.

Please place item in original packaging or comparable shipping box.

Please write RA# clearly on the outside of your box and on the paperwork inside the box.
